ELDON - The St. Elizabeth Hornets opened play in the Class 1 District 9 Tournament with a 67-57 win against the Pilot Grove Tigers.
Ross Struemph led the Hornets with 19 points and Coltin Green added 14 points.
St. Elizabeth (14-11) will take on Glasgow at 8:30 p.m. today in the tournament semifinals.
