TROY, Mo. - The Helias Lady Crusaders finished third in the team standings Monday at the Class 2 District 4 Tournament at Woods Fort Golf Course, but they will still qualify as a team in next week's sectional round.
The top two teams, plus the top 15 individuals outside the sectional-qualifying teams, will advance to next Monday's sectionals round at Warrenton Golf Course.
Skylar Nelson took seventh place out of 57 golfers with a 17-over 89 to lead the Lady Crusaders. Alex Nelson tied for 11th with a 91. Both golfers received all-district honors for placing in the top 15.
Greta Hinds tied for 16th place with a 94 and Reese Hamilton rounded out Helias' team score of 370, tying for 19th place with a 96. Natalie Beck finished one stroke shy of the cut-off for sectionals, finishing 25th with a 101.
Liberty: Wentzville won the district championship with a 337, followed by Rock Bridge in second place with a 356. Zoee Harrington of Liberty: Wentzville won the individual district championship with a 4-over 76.
