Girls Basketball: S. Callaway 84, Eugene 33

EUGENE, Mo. - The South Callaway Lady Bulldogs outscored the Eugene Lady Eagles 31-2 in the second quarter en route to an 84-33 win Thursday in Show-Me Conference action.

The Lady Bulldogs held a 19-13 advantage after one quarter and led 50-15 at halftime and 75-27 after three quarters.

Adrian Mann led the Lady Bulldogs with a game-high 28 points.

McKensie Peneston scored 11 points to pace the Lady Eagles.

South Callaway (7-0) plays Eldon at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Capital City Shootout at Fleming Fieldhouse. Eugene (5-4) plays Monday at Linn.

In Thursday's two-quarter JV game, South Callaway won 30-27. Kayla Bond and Maggie Stieferman finished with 12 and 10 points, respectively, to lead Eugene.
