HERMANN, Mo. - The Chamois Pirates held the Hermann Bearcats scoreless in the third quarter Friday, turning a one-point halftime deficit into a 47-33 victory.
The score was tied at 8 through one quarter and Hermann held a slight 23-22 edge at halftime. However, Chamois outscored the Bearcats 10-0 in the third quarter to take a 32-23 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
Aaron Brandt nearly outscored Hermann's roster, posting a game-high 31 points in the win.
Chamois (4-2) plays Tuesday at Belle.
