SPRINGFIELD - The Helias Lady Crusaders lost in the district title match Wednesday to Springfield Catholic 5-2.
Abby Dowden and Catherine Conley lost 2-8, Liz Conley and Megan Oliver lost 5-8 and Anna Theroff and Grace Twehous won 8-5 in doubles.
In singles, Catherine Conley won 6-1, 6-0, Liz Conley lost 3-6, 1-6, Dowden lost 0-6, 0-6 and Oliver lost 1-6, 4-6.
Helias competes Friday in the individual district tournament in Springfield.
