Jamestown has three players named on all-district team

The Jamestown Eagles baseball team had three players make the all-district team in Class 1 District 9.

Garrett Wolfe, Austin Flippin and Colton DeVore all earned all-district honors for Jamestown.

The Eagles were the top seed, but lost to fifth-seeded Bunceton in the semifinals.

Bunceton ended up falling 5-2 to third-seeded St. Elizabeth in the title game.

St. Elizabeth had Tanner Prenger and Dakota Kemna earn all-district honors. The Hornets won the district championship.

Orrie Patterson and Luke Ahart of Tuscumbia also made the all-district team.

The second-seeded Lions lost 3-2 to St. Elizabeth in the semifinals.
