VANDALIA - The Calvary Lutheran Lady Lions dropped a 10-8 decision to Van-Far on Monday.
Abbie Klatt had three hits - two doubles and a home run - while driving in three runs. Haley Braun added two hits. Presley Welch, Isabelle Brenneke and Laney Zimmerman also drove in runs.
Braun took the loss, walking two and striking out four.
Calvary won the JV game 8-6. Sydney Duenckel drove in three runs for the winners.
Calvary will play Friday at St. Elizabeth.
