OSKALOOSA, Iowa - William Penn sophomore outside hitter Corrin Lepper and junior libero Cameryn Campbell helped the Statesmen to a 25-14, 23-25, 25-14, 25-17 win Sunday against Avila in the Labor Day Classic.
Lepper (Jefferson City High School) finished with a match-high 15 kills, while Campbell (Jefferson City High School) tied a match high with 18 digs.
Through nine matches, Lepper leads the Statesmen with 112 kills (ranking 42nd in the NAIA) and 32 blocks, while Campbell has a team-high 169 digs, which ranks 25th in the NAIA.
William Penn (5-4) hosts Culver-Stockton on Tuesday.
