COTTLEVILLE - State Fair Community College sophomore Madison Love finished with 13 strikeouts Wednesday, helping the Roadrunners to a 17-0 win in five innings against St. Charles Community College.
Love (New Bloomfield High School) also delivered both wins in the pitcher's circle for Monday's doubleheader - State Fair's home opener - against Central Methodist's JV team. The Roadrunners won 17-0 in five innings and 10-9.
In her outing before that, Love finished with 15 strikeouts March 14 in an 8-0 win against Fort Scott Community College.
State Fair (10-6) plays today at Crowder College.
