RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Washburn freshman middle hitter Allison Maxwell posted a team-high 12 kills - also a career high - Saturday in the Ichabods' 25-19, 27-25, 25-15 win against Alabama-Huntsville in their final match of the Arkansas Tech Invitational.
Maxwell (Blair Oaks High School) is third on the team in kills with 54. She ranks second with 29 total blocks.
Washburn (9-3) plays Friday at Nebraska-Kearney.
