OG Anunoby may be ready to move to the next level.

Anunoby, the former Jefferson City Jay standout, could be ready to declare for the NBA draft after his sophomore season at Indiana, according to reports.

Anunoby played just 16 games this season for the Hoosiers before he was sidlined with an ACL injury Jan. 18. He averaged 11 points and 5.4 rebounds as a sophomore. Anunoby averaged 4.9 points and 2.6 rebounds as a freshman for the Hoosiers.

Scouts believe Anunoby has the ability to be a premiere defender in the NBA, but needs to work on his offensive game.

Mock drafts have Anunoby projected as going in the second half of the first round of the NBA draft if he decides to declare.

Players can declare for the draft anytime through April 23. That player can withdraw his name until May 24 and maintain NCAA eligibility, as long as they don't hire an agent. That means the player can participate in the NBA draft combine May 9-14 and still maintain their eligibility.
