Two Missouri Tigers and one former Fatima Comet were named Collegiate Baseball Freshman All-Americans on Wednesday.

Will Robertson, a former standout for Fatima, earned the honor after batting .272 with three home runs and 21 RBI. He started all 49 games for Creighton this season, the first Bluejay to do that since Darin Ruf in 2006. Ruf spent the last five seasons with the Philadelphia Phillies.

Robertson's most productive game of the season came May 9 at Omaha when he went 3-for-4 with four RBI and a home run.

Creighton finished the season with a 24-25 record, 11-4 in the Big East.

Missouri pitcher T.J. Sikkema spent time as a reliever and starter this season, finishing with an 8-2 record with a 2.72 ERA and four saves to become the second Tiger pitcher to earn the honor in the past three years. Tanner Houck was tabbed to the team in 2015.

Sikkema threw a complete-game shutout May 18 at Tennessee.

Kameron Misner made the team as an outfielder, hitting .282 with 34 RBI. His seven home runs is the most by a Missouri freshman since Trevor Coleman in 2007.

Missouri ended its season with a 36-23 record, 14-16 in the Southeastern Conference.
