The William Woods University Lady Owls volleyball team swept the Stephens College Stars 25-14, 25-16, 25-13 in an American Midwest Conference match at Anderson Arena on Thursday.
Junior setter Brittney Engelbrecht paced William Woods (17-10, 7-2 AMC) with a game-high 28 assists and nine kills, while freshman libero Jessica Jensen tallied a team-high 13 digs.
Senior outside hitter Victoria Day recorded a team-high 10 kills and four aces and sophomore outside hitter Tori Wiley produced eight kills.
William Woods hosts a non-conference match against the Vanguard (Calif.) University Lady Lions at 7 p.m. today.
