MARYVILLE - Northwest Missouri State safety Jack Young snagged an interception, the Bearcats' only takeaway in a 74-29 win Saturday against Northeastern State.
Young (Jefferson City High School), a senior, got his interception in the third quarter, his third pick of the season. He also had one solo stop and one assisted tackle.
Northwest Missouri (7-0), the No. 1 team in NCAA Division II, will play Saturday at Lindenwood.
