JENNINGS, Mo. (AP) - Police in the St. Louis County town of Jennings are investigating a shooting death.
Officers responding to a burglar alarm around 3 a.m. Thursday found a 27-year-old man dead inside a home. The victim's name has not been released.
St. Louis County police say the door to the home was open but the only person inside was the victim. It wasn't immediately known if he lived in the home.
