KIRKSVILLE - Logan Siegler closed out his career on a winning note, getting the victory on the mound in Truman State's 3-2 win over Central Oklahoma on Sunday.
Siegler (Fatima High School) threw a complete-game seven-hitter to move to 5-5 in his senior season.
He struck out five and walked two as Truman ended its season at 12-34 overall and 11-32 in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association.
Earlier on Sunday, the Bulldogs lost 12-6 in the completion of a game suspended Saturday.
Brett Gerstner (Helias High School) pitched the final inning for Truman, allowing just one hit.
