The offense just disappeared. Playing in the de facto championship game of the Helias Catholic Classic, the Lady Crusaders' bats went cold.
Helias, usually a potent offensive team, managed just five hits and a pair of unearned runs in a 3-2 loss to St. Joseph's Academy on Saturday afternoon at Duensing Field.
"I wasn't real pleased with our focus and intensity that last game, but that's a good team," Helias coach Dan Campbell said.
