It will be a true team effort this season for the Helias Lady Crusaders.
"As long as they all run well, it doesn't matter where they finish," Helias cross country coach Mary Haskamp said as the Lady Crusaders and Crusaders get set to open the season this afternoon in the Jim Marshall Invitational at Cole County Park. "Everything is about the team and that's a great attitude to have."
