Selling a house in a tight housing market might sound like a challenge.
But not to Susan Miller of New Bloomfield.
Admiring an old oak tree near the newly constructed energy-efficient home, Miller thought it looked just like a tree from Sherwood Forest in 13th century England where Robin Hood lived at Nottinghamshire.
"Let's have a Robin Hood Party for the tree," Miller said. "We can attract a lot of people who will see the house and maybe sell it."
On Tuesday from 6-9 p.m., that's just what Miller plans to do. She started sending out invitations to a lot of people and the response has been overwhelming.
