PSC reschedules public hearing on water rate hike

After canceling the scheduled Thursday night public hearing because of the weather, the Missouri Public Service Commission said it will hold that hearing at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 23 in Jefferson City.

The hearing involves the Missouri-American Water Co.'s proposed $42.9 million rate increase, filed last June 30.

The rescheduled hearing will be held in the PSC's hearing room, Room 310, in the Governor Office Building (the former Governor Hotel), 200 Madison St.
