Prospective condo buyers turn out for filming of new HGTV show

St. Louis resident and prospective Lake condo buyer Ray Bixler tells the HGTV "Auction House" filming crew about the positive aspects of the condominium located in Sunrise Beach, which was part of the ProStar Auction Condo Gallery Real Estate Auction Saturday and used as part of the "Auction House" pilot episode featuring Lake of the Ozarks.
Ray Bixler may not have gotten the highest bid, but his reasons for attending ProStar Auctions condominium auctions to kick off its season Saturday should appeal to viewers who could see him in the pilot episode of HGTV's new series "Auction House."
Bixler said he wanted to check out Lake of the Ozarks area homes and see how they related to his budget as he approaches retirement.
HGTV fans had a chance to see and participate in the production of the new show being filmed at the Lake.
