Samaritan Center expands parking as need grows, funds dwindle

It is clear just by driving by the Samaritan Center that there are more and more Mid-Missouri residents reaching out for help.
Two weeks ago, Marylyn DeFeo, volunteer executive director of the agency, said she started noticing an even higher demand than she has seen before.
Services are in such high demand that DeFeo said they have had to make signs and allow parking in the adjoining lot.
