"We have also ordered one of our Mobile Claims Command Center (MCC) buses and Customer Care Vehicle to come to Joplin and help our customers with their claims needs. The 46 foot MCC has state-of-the-art satellite communications equipment, satellite based cell phones and laptops, water and emergency supplies for our customers and non-customers alike," stated Crosetti. "The CCV has communications equipment and supplies for all in need. There are claims stations on board both vehicles for our claims personnel and agents to help customers. The location of the Farmers claims MCC and CCV will be issued in a press release to all media, as soon as it arrives and sets up."
