Within the month, a brochure highlighting incentives for homebuyers in Jefferson City's Old Town area will be handed out to employers and Realtors.
And by the end of the summer, a coalition of banks may have a multi-million dollar, low-interest loan program in place to help creditworthy families purchase and renovate single-family homes in the Old Town area.
