Henke gets win

AUBURN, N.Y. - Travis Henke picked up the first win of his professional career by coming on in relief Sunday in the Auburn Doubledays' 11-9 win over the Jamestown Jammers.

Henke, the second of four pitchers the Doubledays used, gave up three runs (one earned) on four hits and one walk in 1 2 /3 innings.

For the season, Henke (Blair Oaks High School) is now 1-1 in six appearances with a 6.94 ERA. He has allowed 18 hits and struck out nine in 11 2 /3 innings of work.
