Suspect in custody following fatal shooting in Oklahoma

EL RENO, Okla. (AP) — Authorities say a 35-year-old man has been arrested following a fatal shooting at an Oklahoma convenience store.

Police said Zachary Huber was arrested on Saturday at a home in El Reno, about 25 miles west of Oklahoma City. Canadian County court records indicate that formal charges have not been filed in the case.

The shooting occurred at a convenience store in El Reno Friday evening. El Reno police who responded found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim died later at a local hospital He has not been identified.

Investigators said Huber fled the scene following the shooting. Authorities have not revealed a motive for the incident. No one else was injured.
