A Versailles man was seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash in Morgan County on New Year's Day.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Christian Whittle, 21, was driving northbound on Old Highway 5, east of Victor Road on Tuesday when his 2003 Chevrolet 1500 traveled off the left side of the road, striking a tree and overturning.
Whittle was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for serious injuries.
It is unknown if he was wearing a seatbelt, the report stated.
