Charges were dismissed in the case of a former Maries County jailer accused of having sexual relations with an inmate.
Kacee Woodruff, 26, of Jefferson City, had been charged with four counts of sexual conduct with a prisoner.
Court records do not indicate why the case was dismissed, only that prosecutor Maries County Prosecutor Terry Schwartze made the motion.
