A cabin on the Osage River was destroyed in an early morning fire Tuesday.
According to Osage Fire Protection District report, the fire was reported at 2:37 a.m.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, the cabin was engulfed in flames, and the roof collapsed a short time later.
Fire officials said they had no idea what started the fire or where it might have originated, but they did not believe there was anything suspicious about the blaze.
