The McAlister's Deli at 2323 Missouri Blvd. in Jefferson City will be a whole new restaurant in less than a month.
The restaurant started a full renovation of the dining area last week that's expected to be complete within two to three weeks, said Manager Ken Lutz.
Lutz said the renovation includes new floors, renovated bathrooms, new signs and awnings outside the building, new dining room decor and refurbished dining furniture.
It's the first time the local McAlister's Deli has been renovated during its nine years in Jefferson City, he said.
The restaurant remains open for business as usual during the renovation.
