Number of active listings: 425, a 25.8 percent decrease compared to 573 in November 2015.
Number of new listings: 125, a 19 percent increase compared to 105 in November 2015.
Number of units sold: 107, an 18.9 percent increase compared to 90 in November 2015.
Average sales price: $150,870, a 4.6 percent decrease compared to $158,097 in November 2015.
Cumulative days on market: 82, a 32.8 percent decrease compared to 122 in November 2015.
Total units sold year-to-date: 1,258, a 5.9 percent increase compared to 1,188 in November 2015.
Statewide home sales statistics from Missouri Realtors for November 2016 are as follows:
Number of homes sold: 6,027, a 30.9 percent increase compared to 4,604 in November 2015.
Number of days on market: 109, a 7.6 percent decrease compared to 118 in November 2015.
Average selling price: $179,780, a 5.7 percent increase compared to $170,071 in November 2015.
Number of residential properties sold year-to-date: 73,860, a 10 percent increase compared to 67,151 in November 2015.
