MOBERLY -- The Moberly Lady Spartans won 4-0 on Friday against the Blair Oaks Lady Falcons, scoring all four goals in the second half.
Moberly scored its first goal off a corner kick with about 32 minutes to play. Zaylee Heaton, who scored the first goal added the second goal nine minutes later on a penalty kick to make it 2-0.
Avery St. Clair scored Moberly’s third goal off a corner kick with just under 14 minutes to play and Ella Mathes scored the Lady Spartans’ final goal on a penalty kick with :28 remaining.
The Lady Falcons finished with three shots on goal. Kylie Hickman had 12 saves in goal.
Blair Oaks (2-3) continues its road trip Monday at Owensville.
Moberly won the JV game 3-1. Leighton McCasland scored Blair Oaks’ goal on a penalty kick in the final minute of the first half. Anita Norred finished with six saves.
