On the JV side, Kusick (4-1) and Finney (4-1) were joined by Reece Neighbors in title matches.

Neighbors (3-1) fell 5-1 to Tyler Stegall of Northwest: Cedar Hill in the championship match at 138.

"It says something about our JV kids and the work that they're doing," Cagle said.

It was the only JV squad in the 14-team tournament.

"They beat nine teams in team scores, we're pretty happy with that," Cagle said.
