RICHMOND, Ind. (AP) - Police say an Indiana man and a Missouri man have died in eastern Indiana after apparently shooting each other.
Richmond Police Capt. Kevin Wampler says Charles Atkinson of Neosho, Missouri, was pronounced dead at the scene Wednesday night and Virgus Browning Jr. of Richmond died later at a hospital.
The Palladium-Item reports (http://pinews.co/1SKrFme) officers found the two with multiple gunshot wounds lying on the ground outside a building on the city's northwest side.
Sgt. Sean O'Brien says investigators have concluded the two men shot each other but are still trying to learn what led to the exchange of gunfire. He says they're not seeking anyone else in connection with the shootings.
