The Tri-Cap Wrestling Club competed in both the Jays Kids Wrestling Club Casey J. Luebbert Memorial and Novice Wrestling tournaments this weekend.
The following received medals at the Luebbert Memorial Tournament:
• 6-and-under - Catie Jacobs, Braxton Jones and Kayden Shepherd, second; Brian Jacobs, third.
• 8-and-under - Ben Miller, first; Blaine Curtis, second; Landin Case and Cannon Schrimpf, third; Daemen Duemmel, fourth.
• 10-and-under - Brady Kerperin and Collin Case, second; Aleksandr Careaga, Nolan Laughlin, Brett Schnieders and Matthew Strope, third; Hunter Barnhart, fourth.
• 12-and-under - Nicholas Ash and Zach Rackers, first; Nikolia Careaga, Carson Hayes and Ethan Herigon, second; Drew Distler and Connor Wilbers, third; Jace Duemmel and Jack Lage, fourth.
• 14-and-under - Jackson Careaga, Garrett Schnieders and Jacob Schrimpf, third.
