Dear Editor:
The April 10, 2016, edition of the News Tribune included a letter to the editor written by a Chris Jordan who resides in Jefferson City.
This gentleman shares my name and was very critical of the developers, consultants, City of Jefferson staff and the City Council over a controversial subdivision issue.
Just to clarify, there are two Chris Jordans in Jefferson City, and while everyone is entitled to their own opinion, it should not be misconstrued that his opinion reflects my own on this issue.
As the chairman of the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission, a local real estate appraiser, and a former City of Jefferson planner, I have received some unanticipated reaction from individuals in the community that has warranted further clarification.
