DIXON, Mo. - Maddie Stricklan hit a grand slam as Vienna defeated Dixon 8-0 on Thursday.
Vienna scored all its runs in the fifth inning. Megan Wieberg and Jordyn Steffen each had two hits.
Steffen was the winning pitcher, allowing seven hits on three strikeouts and three walk int he contest.
The Lady Eagles (17-4) plays today at Richland to close out the regular season.
Vienna won the JV game 12-0.
