SEDALIA, Mo. (AP) - A fire broke out in a Sedalia home and spread to at least two other homes.
The Sedalia Democrat reports fire crews responded to a call of smoke coming from the roof of a home Thursday morning, and flames soon engulfed the entire structure. No injuries were reported.
Authorities said high winds spread the fire to structures on either side of the burning home. The original house was destroyed, and two other homes are considered a total loss. Another home also had exterior and smoke damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
