Missouri authorities identify 3 killed

MOBERLY, Mo. (AP) - Authorities have identified three people found shot to death in an apparent double-homicide and suicide at a central Missouri home.

Randolph County Sheriff Mark Nichols on Monday said authorities identified the dead as 17-year-old Alexander Hewgley, of Madison; 16-year-old Kelsey A. Bowen, and her sister, 22-year-old Jessica L. Bowen.

Nichols says authorities believe Hewgley shot the sisters at their rural Moberly home Saturday before killing himself.

The Columbia Daily Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1Shl92d) authorities had been withholding the names of the victims and the suspected shooter until autopsies were complete.

Authorities responded to the rural Moberly home early Saturday to find one of the Bowen sisters dead; the other sister was in critical condition and later died at a hospital. Hewgley was taken to an area hospital and later died.
