RUSSELLVILLE, Mo. - Hermitage outscored Russellville 23-13 in the third quarter to pull away to a 64-35 victory Tuesday night.
Hermitage led 9-7 after one quarter and 21-15 at the half.
McKendra Fischer and Jayla Volkart had eight points each to lead Russellville (0-1), which will play next week at the Eugene Tournament.
Sheridan Corum had a game-high 17 points for Hermitage (1-0).
