BizBeat: Central Bank renovating West High building

The former location of My Sentiments Exactly is being converted into office space.

The specialty stationery store closed in November 2014 after 29 years in business. Central Bank owns the building at 103 W. High St., and plans to begin renovating the interior soon for office use within the company.

"The space is kind of tired. It needs new carpeting. We're going to rework the walls and upgrade the restrooms to ADA and give it an internal facelift," said Jim Crabtree, Central Bank vice president for corporate physical assets. "We hope to have it completed by the end of the year."

Once the renovation is complete, Central Bank will determine the building's exact use, Crabtree said.
