A Fulton man was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 3:36 a.m. Friday on Route C at County Road 408 in Callaway County.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban, driven northbound by Nathaniel C. Carroll, 33, went off the right side of the road when Carroll fell asleep. The vehicle struck several trees and a fence.
Carroll was taken to Callaway County Community Hospital in Fulton.
He was wearing a seat belt.
• A Jamestown men were injured in a two-vehicle accident at 9:30 p.m. Thursday on Missouri 87 north of Missouri 179 south junction in Moniteau County.
The patrol reported a 1970 American General tanker, driven southbound by Devin A. Baysinger, 24, backed from a private drive onto Missouri 87 partially blocking the northbound lane. A 1999 International, driven northbound by Kenneth R. Ernst, 68, Prairie Home, struck the Baysinger vehicle head-on.
Baysinger was taken to University Hospital in Columbia.
Neither driver was wearing a seat belt.
