A Battle of the Brews has been scheduled for May 15, with proceeds to benefit three Central Missouri organizations.
The event will be held from 4:30-8:30 p.m. May 15 at Jefferson City Jaycees Fairgrounds.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased by contacting Adrian Branch at 573-694-2927 or at the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce, 213 Adams St.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Special Olympics of Missouri, Samaritan Center and Central Missouri Food Bank-Buddy Pack Program.
Participating breweries are: Prison Brews, Flat Branch Brewery, Broadway Brewery, Logoat Brewing Company, Bur Oak Brewing Company, Piney River Brewing Company, Mother's Brewing Company and Public House Brewing Company.
