WAYNESVILLE, Mo. - The Jefferson City Jays opened the golf season Thursday with a 164-209 victory in a dual against Waynesville.
Gabe Trowbridge and Kent Uhlmann each had 38s to lead the Jays. Andrew Hansen added a 43, while Jimmy Spath totaled a 45.
The Jefferson City JV carded a 193 on Thursday to win its dual. Cole Eidson led the Jays with a 43, Brett Trowbridge finished with a 46, while Mason Mitchell had a 51 and Garrett Howerton totaled a 53.
Jefferson City is back in action today at California.
