LAS VEGAS - The Lincoln men's golf team kicked off its spring season by competing in the two-day Las Vegas Desert Classic that wrapped up Monday.
The Blue Tigers were in last place among the 17 teams competing in the event after the first day and failed to register a team score for the tournament after one of their four golfers was disqualified on the second day.
Blake Lammers led Lincoln by finishing in a tie for 48th place (76-81-157). Austin Ruediger tied for 78th (86-85-171) and Cody Shaw finished 85th (88-94-182).
