Three arrested for armed robbery

Three people were arrested in connection with an armed robbery Thursday night in Jefferson City.

Charges were filed Friday afternoon against Aaron Session, 20, and Xavies Parks, 20. Each are facing charges of first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.

Also charged with first-degree robbery in this case was Isaiah Alexander, 20. At the time of his arrest, he had an outstanding warrant for parole absconder in connection with another robbery case.

All three Jefferson City men were being held on $100,000 each in the Cole County Jail.

According to police reports, at 6:57 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 200 block of North Ventura in reference to an armed robbery that had just occurred.

Prior to officers arriving on scene, the suspects had left the area.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The reporting person stated three suspects entered the residence and ordered the occupants to the floor.

The suspects were armed with handguns.

One of the victims was able to identify the suspects, and officers located the three in a nearby residence.

Two handguns used during the robbery were recovered, a 9mm handgun and a .22-caliber handgun.

Court documents show Session had been invited over to the residence for a drug deal.

Session, Parks and Alexander all came over, and two of three displayed guns ordering the victims to give them everything they had.
