Morrison man hurt in one-car crash

A Morrison man was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday on Missouri 100 west of Coles Creek Road in Gasconade County.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Chevrolet S-10, driven eastbound by Michael E. Tyree, 26, lost control on wet pavement, traveled off the right side of the road and overturned.

Tyree was taken to Hermann Hospital.

He was wearing a seat belt.

• Two men were injured in a one-vehicle accident at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday on County Road 5460 and 5310 in Phelps County.

The patrol reported a 1996 Chevrolet Tracker, driven westbound by Katelyn N. Withouse, 20, Belle, failed to stop at the intersection and struck a ditch.

Withouse was taken to Phelps County Regional Medical Center. A passenger, Brandon J. Sands, 21, Newburg, was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

Both were wearing seat belts.
