MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Maya Moore scored 21 points, the 10th straight game the All-Star MVP has had at least 20 points, and grabbed 10 rebounds to help the fast-starting Minnesota Lynx cruise to an 86-70 victory over the Atlanta Dream on Friday night.

Moore had seven points in the first quarter - when Damiris Dantas was the only Atlanta starter to score with six - and the Lynx (14-4) scored the last 11 points to race to a 26-9 lead. The Dream (7-12) made a surge at the start of each quarter but never got within single digits.

Lindsay Whalen added 15 points for Minnesota, which improved to 7-1 when scoring 80 points while Atlanta fell to 0-9 when giving up 80.

Tiffany Hayes was the only player to reach double figures with 15 points for the Dream, which had 20 turnovers the Lynx turned into 23 points.

SPARKS 88, SKY 77

ROSEMONT, Ill. (AP) - Candace Parker scored 31 points and all five starters reached double figures to lead Los Angeles past Chicagi for its first road win of the season.

Kristi Toliver scored 11 of her 20 points in the fourth quarter as Los Angeles (3-14) outscored the Sky 14-4 in the final 4:18. Toliver started the decisive run with a 3-pointer and contributed six points. Parker had 10 points in the fourth quarter.

Parker, in just her second game of the season, hit 12 of 20 shots, 7 of 8 free throws, grabbed nine rebounds, had four assists and two blocks. The former MVP had 12 points in her return from a self-imposed rest for the first half of the season.

Elena Delle Donne had 21 points for the Sky (11-8) and Courtney Vandersloot tied her team record with 13 assists.

SUN 67, STORM 66

UNCASVILLE, Conn. (AP) - Shekinna Stricklen scored off a rebound with 8.2 seconds left to give Connecticut the lead and finished with 15 points in the Sun's victory over Seattle.

The Suns (9-8) snapped a four-game home losing streak, and handed the Storm (5-15) their eighth straight road loss.

Seattle's Sue Bird made a pullup jumper with 2:13 left to give Seattle a 66-60 lead. Alyssa Thomas answered with a layup and, after a Seattle turnover, Stricklen made a 3-pointer to make it 66-65.

Seattle's Crystal Langhorne missed an off-balance jumper with 22 seconds left and, after Connecticut took the lead, Abby Bishop missed a jumper at the buzzer.

Bird scored 15 points, six in the fourth quarter, for Seattle.

MYSTICS 88, STARS 53

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Kia Vaughn scored all 15 of her points in a decisive first half, Stefanie Dolson had 14 and Washington beat San Antonio for its fifth straight wiin.

Emma Meesseman had 12 points and 11 rebounds for Washington (11-6). The Mystics made 9 of 15 3-pointers and outrebounded the Stars 42-25.

Sophia Young-Malcolm had 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists for San Antonio (6-13).
