A fireworks show hosted by the Russellville Lions Club, Community Point Bank and Bax Fireworks will begin about 9 p.m. Saturday at the Russellville Lions Club field.
A full day of event before then will begin with a softball tournament at 9 a.m. along with activities such as a bounce house and a portable batting cage. A beer garden and a car show will open at 3 p.m. at the Russellville Lions Club Pavilion. Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. at the pavilion.
Blackwater Band, a local classic rock cover group, will perform at 6 p.m. until the fireworks show begins. Black Dragon Pyro will present "School's in Session with Dr. Pyro" at 8:45 p.m.
In case of rain, the event will be postponed to Sunday.
