The Lady Lions led 18-7 after one quarter, 29-11 at the half and 42-23 after three quarters.
Justice Miller led Russelville with nine points.
Russellville (3-13) hosts Prairie Home today.
Helias frosh fall to Osage
School of the Osage defeated Helias in freshman girls action Thursday, winning 41-26.
Savannah Kirchner led Helias with eight points.
The Helias freshmen (6-4) play Saturday in the Blair Oaks Junior Varsity Tournament against Linn's JV.
